Subject: [PATCH] Changed all (but 2) github reference to git.bytedice.net

The 2 references that weren't changed are:\n1. the navBar icon (I could not draw a Git icon on an 8x8 canvas)\n2. toys/license copyright URL (users cannot manually create accounts on git.bytedice.net at the time of writing this)
